Shop Policies

Processing Times

  • Our processing time for regular orders are 1-2 weeks. 
  • Any digital orders are fulfilled at time of payment. If you do not receive the digital download within 2 hours in your email with a download link, please send us an email at hello@createastory.co. We can send you the file manually.

 

 Editing Orders & Refund Policy

  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow combining orders. They slow down processing significantly due to needing to back track and is unfair for those waiting for orders to be fulfilled.
  • No refunds. If you receive a product damaged, please send us an email explaining the situation. Depending on the situation, we will send you a replacement package or apply a refund. We try our best to quality check, but we may miss things as we’re human. Please be kind <3
  • If you are looking to edit an order (add or remove additional items) after an order was placed, feel free to email us at hello@createastory.co within 3 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate!
  • We will gladly cancel your order, no questions asked, within 3 hours of your order. Please send us an email at hello@createastory.co. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • If your order qualifies for untracked letter-mail shipping, you will have the option to select either the untracked letter-mail or tracked shipping option. Please note that if you select untracked letter-mail option and the mail is lost or not delivered, we have no way to track its location. In these cases, we will not replace your order. 
  • Any item in the shop that does not qualify as letter-mail, must be sent via tracked parcel. 
  • When a tracked parcel was not delivered within the delivery estimates, please give it additional time for the parcel to be redirected back to us (if it was undeliverable). In these cases, you will have to pay for shipping again to have it sent back to you. 
  • Any time a tracked parcel was lost according to tracking, please contact your local post office (like USPS, Canada Post, etc). If they cannot resolve it, please email us at hello@createastory.co and we will do our best to track it down for you.

 

 Delivery Estimates

  • Canada: 3-9 business days
  • USA: 3-8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-30 business days
  • Note that all delivery times are estimates. They can vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc.
